Demands & Targets

Our Targets & Strategy
01
Tested demands
We lay the foundation by finalizing our proposal, gathering research, and connecting with existing food program partners like PICNIC to assess feasibility and learn from their experience.
03
build support
We focus on building awareness by launching a social media campaign, engaging students across campus, and collecting student feedback and testimonials to highlight food insecurity during exam periods.
05
Proposal devlopment
We refine and develop a formal proposal alongside allies like SUO representatives and PICNIC organizers, while continuing to engage students and demonstrate strong campus support.
02
Initial Outreach
We begin outreach to key targets including SUO representatives such as Olivia Lai and campus partners like PICNIC, exploring collaboration opportunities and how an exam period food program could operate using existing infrastructue
04
advocacy actions
We move into advocacy by meeting with decision makers such as Campus Wellness and Education representatives, including Melissa Feddersen, to present our proposal and discuss implementation and funding opportunities.
06
End of campaign
We wrap up by presenting our outcomes and proposal to stakeholders, classmates, and campus groups, while sharing resources and outlining next steps to ensure the program continues beyond the campaign.
